We are an out-of-network practice. This allows us to provide care based on your needs — not insurance limitations. We provide detailed superbills for possible reimbursement via your insurance or HSA/FSA. 

Please note that not all insurance recognizes dry needling. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement via insurance but will do our best to provide you with the correct documents.

Payments accepted include Venmo, Credit Card, HSA/FSA cards , Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Insurance Clarification

Dr. Amy Thornton may appear as in-network with certain insurance plans through her employment with Boomerang Healthcare, a chronic pain practice. This in-network status applies only to patients seen within that medical practice.

Her private practice is separate and operates on an out-of-network basis. She is only able to see insurance patients at Boomerang Healthcare through internal physician referral. External referrals cannot be accepted.
